Heavy Metal Heather

I have painted since I was 15, A LOT of years ago. So it comes in handy when I'm trying to pull a design together. I started making metal art in 2016. I instantly fell head over heels in LOVE! I spend every moment that I am not at my REAL job , in my work shop. It can sometimes be difficult to balance with family time and ART time. It's a work in progress. I like to try to re use and recycle as many materials as I can.  I use mostly recycled materials in my art,  Old oil barrels, propane tanks, fire extinguishers, harrow discs, routers, and lots of metal scrap. This is definitely a labor of love as it is extremely hard on you body. It is so worth it when you see what you have created when you are done. I love creating my own art as opposed to taking orders. It is a hobby and it's supposed to be fun. I never want it to become a JOB. I hope you enjoy my work !
